You can back-up whole systems (programs etc - the lot) to Internal/eternal/NAS drives or tell it to backup in 4.2/4.7GB or whatever chunks for DVDs. I keep all my documents on a separate partition so they are not replaced. When my system gets 'buggy' or anything I just drag a backup over the 'buggy' system and I'm back to a clean system in 5 minutes!
